Many props out to Perez Hilton’s blog for the tip about Jewel’s free show in Herald Square the other day.
Not as many props out to the horrendous & obnoxious press that stood on ladders in front of the crowd blocking everyone’s view.
Amazing.
I even tapped one photog on the shoulder and asked if he was going to bend down during the show. His response? “Nooo.” with a severe head shake that should’ve cause him whiplash or something.
I still got amazing picturesof Jewel, the girl is just breath-taking…

{November 29, 2006} Why did I think I was cool enough…
to worm my way into the press box @ Paris Hilton’s album release party?
Seriously, the “professionals” pushed me out of there as soon as the first non-celebrity showed up. I think her name is Samanta Cole? Well, there were lots of non-celebrities….like, Richie Rich who bumped into me and was VERY nice and polite…but hes still a non-celebrity. I mean, I don’t know who he is…and since this party, I’ve found out he’s one of the owners of some clothing line called “Heatherette”…i STILL have no idea who he is.. then some guy named Patrick McMullun paraded around the red carpet….haven’t found out anything about him other than his name…so, i don’t know who he is OR what he does. Frankie J. showed up…hes not a non-celebrity, BUT he sure thought he was more important than he actually is…ANYWAYS, someone named Hilton finally showed up…but it was only Kathy & Rick…they looked fabulous…well, Kathy did…the dad needed a little help. Maybe HE shouldve been paying more attention to the Richie Rich guy. Paris Hilton FINALLY made her way to the club (OH..more about the club later) looking FABULOUS!! I was glad to see her since she IS my idol! I wish she had more hot boys at her party, though. Oh well. The party was held at some club in Chelsea called “Marquee”..this club was SO shallow…(Not Paris’ rules) the clubs rules SUCKED…you have to meet some dress code to get in. And my 63 hoodie & jeans werent cutting it. oh well. the party was over by 2 anyways after Paris left.
